FT: Oxford United 1-1 Hull City
Scorers:
- 0-1 Belloumi (4')
- 1-1 Brannagan (pen 13')
Match Summary:
Bright start from us, early goal through Belloumi
Then we just… dropped off. Gave away a soft pen and let them back in.
Had more of the ball but didn’t really threaten enough after that.
Feels like we controlled it without actually hurting them.
Stats (quick look):
- Possession: Hull ~65%
- Shots: Oxford 16 - 9 Hull
- Corners: Hull 5 - 1 Oxford
Talking Points:
- 2 points dropped or decent away point?
- Belloumi – deserves to start next game?
- Why do we always drop intensity after scoring?
- Lack of killer instinct again?
- Subs too late or just not good enough?
My Take:
Honestly feels like a missed opportunity.
You score in the 4th minute… you HAVE to win that game.
Play-off chasing teams don’t settle for this.
