May 17th 2014. Wembley Stadium. Hull City 2-0 Arsenal after eight minutes.
I still get goosebumps thinking about it. James Chester and James McShane headers in the first eight minutes against Arsenal of all clubs. The whole country couldn't believe it. We were 90 minutes away from the FA Cup.
Obviously it ended 3-2 to Arsenal after extra time and the heartbreak was real. But that day proved Hull City belong at the highest level. 134000 Tigers at Wembley the biggest away support in FA Cup final history at that point.
Where were you? Wembley watching at home in a pub? Share your memories this was our greatest ever day as a club.

The bus back to Hull afterwards was something else. Everyone singing still even though we'd lost. Proper Tigers that. No other fanbase does that.

Couldn't get tickets so watched it at home with my mates. Rang my grandad after the second goal he was in tears. He'd been watching City since the 60s and never thought he'd see us at Wembley. The Ramsey goal killed us but honestly still one of the best days of my life.
