Liam Millar - Future Star or Championship Level?

Millar divides opinion, doesn't he?
Some games he looks absolutely unplayable - pace, trickery, end product. Other times he goes missing for 90 minutes.
Is he good enough to play at a higher level if we go up? Or is he a classic Championship winger who flatters to deceive?
What's the verdict?

Seen Millar absolutely rinse fullbacks at the MKM. When he's on it, he's box office.
Problem is consistency. Some games he's unplayable, others you forget he's even playing Away at Bristol last season he was different class. Caused them problems all game, set up two goals. Then next week at home couldn't beat his man once. Got the talent for higher level though. Just needs to find that consistency. Still young enough to develop that side of his game.
Rate him overall. We'd miss him if he left
