Evening all! Been having a proper think about where we're headed this season, and thought it'd be interesting to get everyone's predictions in one place. No point being overly pessimistic or unrealistically optimistic - let's be honest with ourselves about what's achievable.
We're at that stage of the season where the table's starting to take proper shape, aren't we? The teams at the top are starting to pull away a bit, the relegation battle is forming at the bottom, and then there's the massive scrap in the middle where literally anything can happen over the next few months.
Looking at our current form, the fixtures we've got coming up, and comparing ourselves to the teams around us, I think we can all have a decent stab at predicting where we'll finish. Obviously, football's never straightforward - one good run can shoot you up the table, one bad patch and you're sliding down faster than you'd like.
What I'm interested in is not just the position number, but your reasoning behind it. What do you think are our strengths that'll help us climb? Where are we vulnerable? Which upcoming fixtures do you see as must-wins? Are there any teams above us that you reckon we can definitely catch?
The Championship's absolutely mad, twelve teams could probably still make the play-offs mathematically, and about eight are nervously looking at the relegation zone. That's what makes it the most exciting league in England, if you ask me.
So, being brutally honest with ourselves - where do you reckon we'll finish come May, and what needs to happen for us to get there?
