🐯 WREXHAM vs HULL CITY - MATCH DAY THREAD 🐯
Tuesday 10th March 2026 • 19:45 KO • STōK Cae Ras • EFL Championship

Saturday’s 1-3 defeat to Millwall at home was painful and not the performance we wanted, but we move on quickly. Tuesday night brings us one of the most important matches of the season: a huge Wrexham away game at the Racecourse Ground.

We are currently in 5th place with 60 points. Wrexham sit just behind us in 6th with 57 points. Only three points separate the two sides. This is a genuine six-pointer. Win and we create some breathing space in the play-off places. Lose and the pressure really ramps up.

The Racecourse is always a difficult place to visit — their fans are loud, the atmosphere is intense, and Wrexham have been very strong at home this season. But this Hull City side has shown they can get results on the road when it matters most.

📋 Match Details
  • Date: Tuesday 10th March 2026
  • Kick-off: 19:45 UK time
  • Venue: STōK Cae Ras (Racecourse Ground)
  • Competition: EFL Championship – Matchday 37

Team News & Injuries
Hull City still have some injury concerns. Akin Famewo is sidelined for around five weeks with a calf problem, and Lewie Coyle remains a doubt. We’ll have to wait and see what changes Sergej Jakirovic makes. Wrexham are likely to name a strong side in front of their home crowd.

Key Players to Watch
For us: Oliver McBurnie and Joe Gelhardt have been our main goal threats. Matt Crooks and Regan Slater are crucial in midfield. We’ll need a big performance from the whole team if we want to come away with the points.

My Prediction
I’m going for a tight game but fancy us to nick it.
Score Prediction: Wrexham 1-2 Hull City 🐯

Predicted Starting XI (4-2-3-1):
Code:
Pandur
Drameh – Hughes – Egan – (Coyle or alternative)
Slater – Lundstram
Gelhardt – Crooks – Millar
McBurnie
